ORDER PROCESSING

Once you place your order, we kindly ask you to send us your full measurements and any requested details by email. Our garments are made-to-measure, so this step is essential.

Processing Time: 3 to 5 weeks after we receive all your measurements.

During high season, processing may take longer. We'll notify you if delays arise.


You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is ready to ship.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship worldwide from Portugal.

Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your piece as it travels to you.

Please allow delivery time depending on your location and local customs.

Delivery is only available to individuals aged 18 or older.


Important: If your order cannot be delivered and is returned to EN.VY.U, we will contact you to arrange a second delivery. Additional shipping costs may apply.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because each garment is made uniquely for you, we do not offer returns or refunds unless:

The product arrives damaged.

The garment differs significantly from your approved measurements and details.
