EN.VY.U is a brand that creates one-of-a-kind garments made to measure and tailored upon request. All pieces are handmade in Portugal by local artisans. Because of the nature of our creations, every order is treated as a personal, intentional experience.

 

2. Order Process

Orders are confirmed only after we receive your full measurements and details via email.

Processing time takes between 3 to 5 weeks, depending on the complexity of the garment and season.

During high seasons, delays may occur. We will notify you via email if any extensions apply.

 

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order.

If delivery cannot be made due to age restrictions or failure to receive, the item will be returned to EN.VY.U.

 

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in EUR (Euros) and may be subject to taxes or customs fees depending on your location.

Payment is required in full to begin production.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide.

Once your garment is completed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delivery time depends on the destination and local courier services.

 

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the made-to-measure nature of our garments:

We do not offer returns or refunds unless the product is damaged or faulty upon arrival.

If an issue arises, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item with photos and details at en.vy.u.pt@hotmail.com.

All content on this website, including designs, logos, photos, and text, is the intellectual property of EN.VY.U and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
