TIPS BEFORE YOU START:
Wear tight clothing or just your divine self in underwear.
Use a soft measuring tape in cm.
Keep the tape snug but not tight—no strangling your body, darling.
Stand tall. Breathe easy. Be fabulous.
Have someone help you if possible. Queens don’t measure alone.

BODY CIRCUMFERENCES
1. Skull Diameter – Wrap the tape around the widest part of your head, across the forehead and above the ears.
2. Neck Diameter (Below Chin) – Measure right under the chin, where the neck narrows.
3. Neck Diameter – Collar – Around the base of the neck, where a classic shirt collar would sit.
4. Above Chest Diameter – Tape goes just under the armpits, above your bust line.
5. Chest Diameter – Around the fullest part of your bust. Keep it level.
6. Under Chest Diameter – Directly under the bust, around the ribcage.
7. High Waist Diameter – The narrowest part between ribs and navel.
8. Natural Waist Diameter (Navel) – Measure at the level of your belly button.
9. Lower Waist Diameter – About 3cm below the navel. A deeper waist line.
10. Hip Diameter – Around the fullest part of your hips and booty. Yes, that power curve.
11. Arm Diameter – Around the thickest part of your upper arm (bicep area).
12. Elbow Diameter – Around the elbow when bent at 90°.
13. Wrist Diameter – Measure just above your wrist bone.
14. Thigh Diameter (Below Groin) – Right at the top of the thigh, under the groin.
15. Knee Diameter – Around the center of your kneecap.
16. Leg Diameter – Around the thickest part of your calf.
17. Ankle Diameter – Just above the ankle bone.
18. Heel + Instep Diameter – Wrap the tape from heel, under foot, over the arch to top.
LENGTHS & HEIGHTS
A. Shoulder Length – From the base of the neck to the shoulder tip (where a sleeve starts).
B. Vertex Height – From the very top of your head down to the floor.
C. Distance Between Vertices – From one shoulder’s vertex to the other—shoulder tip to shoulder tip.
D. Back Width – Across the back, from armpit to armpit.
E. Total Height (Waist to Ankle) – From natural waistline to ankle, along the outer leg.
E'. Total Height (Waist to Knee) – From natural waistline to knee.
F. Inseam Height – From top of inner thigh to ankle.
G. Back Height – From the base of the neck (C7 vertebra) to the natural waistline.
H. Hip Height – From the floor to the fullest part of your hip.
I. Arm Length – From the shoulder to wrist, passing over the elbow.
J. Hook Contour – From the front center waist, through the legs, to the back center waist (yes, the full wrap).
J'. Hook Height – From crotch to natural waist, front side only.
K. Foot Length / Shoe Size – Measure foot length from heel to toe or provide your EU shoe size.
L. Cava Side Dish – This is the side torso dip—measure from armpit to natural waist following the body curve.
Hand – Around the widest part of your hand (usually the knuckles), without thumb.
